Charles Cassell, President and Dean Harper, Member-at-Large of the Destin Snowbirds presented a $2,019 check to Children in Crisis (CIC) and the kids living at the CIC Neighborhood for their final goodbye of the season.

Most of the club travels homeward to make room for the “Spring Breakers.”

This year’s donation was from a collection of blankets, food and funds. The awesome gift to CIC will help feed, clothe and care for the at-risk foster children living at the CIC Neighborhood.

According to Ken Hair, CIC President & CEO, “The donation truly makes a difference and we are very thankful. We now have over 100 children living at the CIC Neighborhood each year and the support from the Destin Snowbirds is vital to our success.”
