Learning Never Ends at CLL!

Want to meet new people? Learn new skills? Enjoy new pastimes? Have we got a deal for you!!!!

The Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL) has announced its Fall 2022 roster of classes designed to enrich the lives of locals and snowbirds alike. The 55 course offerings range from the very active (pickleball, anyone?) to the more sedentary (how about an art class?) – from the cerebral (Comparative Religions) to the culinary (Cooking with Chef Dan Pettis). They’re open to anyone – and they’re very affordable.

Select up to 4 classes with your Membership Fee of $60. Any selection(s) over 4 will cost an additional $10/class (limit of 10 classes total). We will continue to offer only online Registration and payment by credit card.

Best of all, there is no graded homework, no tests, no pressure – just the opportunity to learn and grow with others.

What is The Center for Lifelong Learning?

Established in 1993 on the University of West Florida campus in Fort Walton Beach, FL, the CLL provides interesting and stimulating educational activities for persons who believe that learning never ends. In addition to educational classes, the CLL organizes other activities that include local social events and occasional out-of-town trips. Our organization is a Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) and we are affiliated with the Road Scholar. There are more than 400 similar LLIs across the country.

No matter your talents or interests, there’s probably a CLL class for you! Most of the classes are in person, at the NWFSC/UWF FWB campus or at various other locations throughout the area. But if you’d prefer to take part from home, there are seven on-line classes as well.

For more information, go to the CLL website at www.cll-fwb.org, or contact the CLL office at the University of West Florida campus, cll@uwf.edu.
