The Pensacola Beach Chamber is hosting a Hike and Florida Trail Stamp Unveiling, Saturday, November 27. The hike begins at noon at Park West and travels approximately three miles east along the Florida National Scenic Trail to the Pensacola Beach Visitors Information Center. A trolley will be available at 11:30 a.m. to transport hikers from the Visitors Center to Park West. Registration is required to participate in the hike.
A Florida Trail Stamp Unveiling Ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. at the Pensacola Beach Visitors Information Center. Pensacola Beach has been designated as a Florida Trail Gateway Community and has been issued a custom self-inking stamp.
There is no charge to attend with plenty of free parking. The Pensacola Beach Visitors Information Center is located at 7 Casino Beach Boardwalk, immediately south of the traffic light.
