Vietnamese-inspired cuisine, libations and late-night vibe create a fun, customizable guest experience.
Celebrate Lunar New Year with a refreshed dining experience at Jia, Beau Rivage Resort & Casino’s award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant. The venue has unveiled an epicurean journey that features new offerings including Noodles by Jia, a noodle bar that focuses on handmade vegetable, meat and seafood dishes with Vietnamese flavors and textures; the addition of modern-day East Asian cuisine selections to the full menu; and a variety of curated cocktails developed with a focus on seasonality and craftsmanship.
“Coastal Mississippi has a strong Vietnamese influence and we have infused local and Eastern culture culinary flavors to redevelop the Jia menu by delivering the finest product available while also focusing on simplicity and letting the food speak for itself,” said Beau Rivage Executive Chef Kristian Wade. “We also look forward to introducing a new Chef’s Table teppanyaki dining experience, so I encourage diners to explore the menu as we have an assortment of offerings to please any palate.”
The newly reimagined Jia, Japanese translation for “beautiful,” greets diners with an open, inviting and Zen-inspired space. Built to the left of the entrance is the restaurant’s focal point, a new 18-seat circular noodle bar with warm gold paneled accents and decorative lantern lighting. To its right, Jia’s chefs serve the freshest rolls, nigiri and sashimi on the Gulf Coast at the 14-seat sushi bar. In the expanded dining room, bright smoldering lanterns cast shadows from bamboo ceilings to the tables below and hand-glazed pottery by local artisans adorns the room. Renowned for its sushi, teppanyaki, and a la carte items, the reinvigorated restaurant allows guests to create an experience all their own. New offerings include:
